"We had an amazing meal at Purely Pizza in Burscough. The weather was nice enough to sit outside although there were heaters available also. The choice of what to eat was so difficult as everything sounded so good! The pizzas were outstanding and my meatball pasta was amazing. Extremely helpful and friendly service simply perfect!"

"Really baffled how this place has so many five stars. Decided to visit as we live local and have read the good reviews. Booked a Friday night on a hot day. Outside looking very tired, full of serious drinkers in beer garden. Inside absolutely stank of chemicals and bleach, very of putting when coming for a meal. Inside has zero atmosphere, everything looking like it's falling to bits. Menus dirty and sticky, ridiculous sized menu always a bad sign. Food that was coming out looked average at best .. decided not to waste our evening in this dump and luckily managed to get a reservation in another place not far away.. definitely will not be returning Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"Went here On Saturday , just awful food, steak I was served was off, having worked in steak restaurant for 10 years I can tell the difference between rotten and aged. Both children had steak and chips, inedible. Returned my very overcooked off steak to kitchen having had to spit out second mouthful, chef did say it’s aged but would cook one that had come in recently. We had heard great new reviews but sadly not on this evening.The limited evening menu was without the fish as it hadn’t arrived Lovely staff though."
