"I get delivery from them at least once a week. I called and checked what drinks they had available since they only have Coke, Diet Coke Sprite on the the DoorDash menu. I asked what they had and they had Pepsi available I put a note on the electronic order and I called and spoke to them and they said they could see my order and Pepsi it would be and I got Coke; VERY DISAPPOINTED The meat balls and ricotta and spaghetti with pork sausage is/was excellent"

"Just a head up? If you go to this Jimboys and pass through the drive to go through and buy a coke, it will taste delicious, so if you have kids you will allow to drink coke and they have allergies, taste it before you give it to them! This is definitely not good maintenance on there machines."

"PEET 's COFFEE unisex restrooms or unisex public toilets DO NOT HAVE PAPER TOWEL DISPENSERS. DISCUSSION: Both restrooms have Dyson Air Blade, electric, hand driers, that in my personal opinion, in my non-medical opinion, and in my non-healthcare opinion are dysfunctional. The electric dryers operate for much, much less than 20 seconds continuously. Personally, I have never been able to properly dry my hands. QUESTIONS: Q1 ¿¿ How do customers (and employees (baristas exit noted restrooms or toilets without contacting a contaminated surface, the door handle ?? Q2 ¿¿ Do baristas and other Peet employees have access to an employee 's only sink for hand washing ?? Q3 ¿¿ How long does it take for hands to air dry according to established guidelines?? ANSWERS: A1: I DON 'T KNOW. A2: I DON 'T KNOW. "To be fair all of my inside Dinning experiences at this Citrus Heights location have been consistently good to wonderful. Excellent food. Excellent service, and I?m a card carrying Panera participant, and the Coffee/Charger drink club. Today, I wentthrough the Drive -thru in Citrus Heights. The lady on the speaker taking my order seemed annoyed, bothered , and irritated fromthe time she started my order. (Almost as if she was called in to cover a shift and work, she didn?t want to work. I want tobe clear, she did not say anything point blank ?Rude? whatsoever. It was all in her manner, and TONE. When my order was readyshe opened up the window, held out the bag of food, and didn?t say a word. No receipt given, no receipt offered, no ?Thank You?offered for my order, or as a Panera Customer. My order was completed at approximately 1:12 PM. The drive-through was adisappointment to say the least, and a big departure from the inside service levels. I realize finding good help is challengingtoday, but decent and reasonable service and TONE shouldn?t be compromised. Thank you! Disappointed"
