"Clean and friendly Starbucks! Bathroom at the front of the store. Had made my mobile phone order drink in less than 5 minutes. Many indoor seating and outdoor seats looked really nice (from when the temperatures allow), including outdoor roof cover."

"You are greeted at the front door with a handshake (every time) and the entire staff behaves as if they've always known you, even on your first visit. I'm rarely compelled to go and leave an online review, but it had to be done. This place is charming and priced right. P.S. The orange juice is fresh squeezed."

"I enjoy this location because they're clean, spacious, and offer variety of bakery items. There was a time I had encountered a very poor customer service but had contacted DD HQ about it. I was able to communicate with the district manager and he was ableto make amends. Thank you!"

"Unfortunately this location is downhill in the last months. the line around the building is wrapped and poured into the parking space. the line moves so slowly, orders are wrong, they do not offer free drinks to compensate their mistakes or wait long. I went in and had a really bad experience where it took my 15 minutes to get my drink. about 10 minutes I asked what the last was, she said she was spilling my drink. then they made other people drink. she says my command is loud, so I think it's ready and going up there and she just started it? I don't understand. Drinks don't cost 50% of the time. I'm going to dieucks on rand by home depot, it's in the regular much faster and orders are correct."

"There are other choices, try Blue Kangaroo or Coffee Depot in Warren, both 5 starsMyself and numerous other no longer step foot in this DunkinThe restroom in Barrington Dunkin is now locked, the key is on a heavy 10 inch Crescent Wrench and even if you are a 20 year customer, a 70 year old disabled Veteran with a 70 year old Bladder, they make you order before they give you the key. Saying the the bathroom is only for customers. Like after 20 years of coming there (the staff person has been there for at least 2 years of that) my friend was there just for the bathroom???Just this past weekend the Manager comes at my seated Disabled Veteran 70 year old neighbor in what appeared as a threatening manner yelling at him and accusing him of swearing at her staff, and said that we don 't like you, no one likes you, you are always making trouble, we don 't want you here (or words close to that). It was a terrible situation that in my opinion was brought on by the manager.Another time I observed a server accidently spill hot coffee over the counter missing a baby by inches who was sitting in a carrier on the floor against the counter next to his mother. He didn 't apologize and doesn 't even comp the coffee, makes the mother pay for it.Another neighbor who has been going to this place for over 20 years accidently spilled his coffee before he even got a chance take a sip, he didn 't want to ask for a replacement so I asked for a free replacement, they complained and said I didn 't spill it but finally replaced it for free, reluctantly. We went back to our table and talked between ourselves about how this staff was not customer friendly, especially to the senior citizen Veterans (some of us wear ball caps with our branch of service). We then hear the Duncan staff from behind the counter badmouthing us.Another friend told me that he saw a man (who he didn 't know) complain to the staff that he was still waiting for his coffee, the manager yelled at him you order here and pick up your coffee over there!!! There was no sign indicating that.The staff for the most part is unprofessional and the Manager is the worst and has a temper issue with customers in my opinion.Read some of the other negative reviews."
In beautiful weather you can even be served in the outdoor area, and there is no-charge WLAN. The rooms on site are accessible, and therefore no problem for customers with wheelchairs or physical disabilities.
