"True taste of Italy this is not! I don't know why people would choose to go there with other options around. We went there because we had a friend with us who needed gluten-free options. What surprised me was the pretense at real Italian food and fine dining, but the food was average quality, but not more. The most surprising was the "bread bar" -- upon hearing the name, one imagines a variety of real, European-style breads from which to choose at will. But alas, what is there but grocery-store quality sliced bread. I'm sure they bought it from the IGA nearby. Little in the way of vegetarian options -- I had the spaghetti neopolitana. It was too expensive, as well: lunchtime prices for two people getting a spaghetti neopolitana, a Caesar salad with chicken, and an iced tea and a Coke should not have come to over $43! Appalling!Vrai goût de l'Italie? Non. Je ne sais pas pourquoi on choisirait d'y dîner s’il existait d’autres choix ailleurs. Nous y sommes allés parce que nous avions une amie avec nous qui avait besoin des plats sans gluten. Ce qui m'a surpris était le prétexte à la vraie nourriture italienne et une cuisine gastronomique; elle de qualité moyenne, pas plus. Le plus surprenant était le "bar à pain" -- en entendant le nom, on imagine une variété de vrais pains de style européen parmi lesquels on pourrait choisir à volonté. Mais hélas, ce qui était là, c’était des pains ordinaires, industriels, qualité épicerie. Je suis sûre qu'ils l'ont acheté de l'IGA du quartier. Il y avait peu de plats végétariens -- j'ai pris les « spaghettis neopolitana » C’était trop cher, en plus: au prix de midi pour deux personnes, un plat de spaghettis (sans viande), salade César avec poulet, un thé glacé et un Coke ne devraient pas coûter 43$! Épouvantable!"
