"The restaurant has only few sitting places, therefore do reserve! We were delighted with the choice and the good quality of the dishes. In particular the starters were surprisingly well rounded, as if this was all it is. One can really see that the kitchen cares already from the begin. The kitchen is not spectacular or complicated. It is simple to understand and enjoy. Highly recommended."

"This is perfect place for lunch or just some rest while skiing/snowboarding. Food offered here is rather basic (sausages, meat/cheese plates) - but don't be fooled, it's exceptional dining! Everything served here is local and of finest quality. If you visit Switzerland and ride in Laax, you should definiteliy visit this place and enjoy local swiss gourmet snacks.Staff is very friendly, place is rather quiet and offers very nice view."

"My friend and I have been going to Flims for over seven years (see my reviews of Hotel Cresta , and each year, one of the highlights is an excursion to the Bargis Tal. This is certainly one of the most peaceful and beautiful little valleys in all of Switzerland! The restaurant is plain and has a small menu, but the food that we order is always hot, served promptly, and quite delicious. We have the same thing every year soup, rosti, and a homemade dessert (for me! . Make sure to take a nice walk either before or after your meal. If you are so inclined you can climb the Flimser Stein and hike across the mountain and descend the other side. Or you can just circle the little valley itself. Quiet, beautiful, so appealing! You can also hike, or bike up to Bargis, but the easiest is the bus. For people staying in the village, you can use the free shuttle, but be aware that you have to pay to go back down! (I really don't understand this, but it is not expensive less than 5 ChF. Bottom line? Do not miss Bargis!!"

"Ich weiss nicht wirklich wiso sich diese Dönnerbude "Restaurant" nennt. Der Dönner ist oke aber auch nicht mehr! Sie machen keine sauce in den Dönner mann erhält 2 saucen auf den tisch, die aber nicht schlecht sind, und muss sich selber helfen. Die bedinung, ich will nicht unhöflich sein aber ehrlich, ist nicht wirklich die hellste. Aber ist ja meistens so bei den Dönnerbuden. Mein fatzit: besser als zu hungern aber unter dem schweizer dönner durchschnitt hehe."

"We had dinner twice in Pomodoro while we were staying in the Waldhaus Hotel as it is part of the hotel and close by. Food was generally okay but I felt there was a bit of attitude particularly when we slightly arrived early for our...reservation, even though the restaurant was not even half full!"
