"If it was possible to put 0 I would have put it. You can't tell me I'm ordering at the drive-thru, I don't know Tim's menu by heart dammit. I tell you a moment at least 3 or 4 times and you keep asking me for your order, your order, your order like an idiot. There was no car behind us. We ordered 1 item and without waiting for us to say that's all (we weren't finished), the other idiot told us to move on ? man you don't want your work go away. It's not complicated though.And what’s more, she has no balls to come and talk to us ?We still have problems with this Tim. If it's not an order mistake, it's a 40 min for 1 coffee or an idiot who doesn't know what customer service is.Even if it means being late, it’s better to go to Tim’s on Lacordaire! There, I never had this problem."

"Good food and great terrasse. Unfortunately the waitress diminished the score. She didn't utter a single word and ignored me for 10 minutes on the terrasse, not necessarily because she was in a rush. She even managed to serve people that arrived after I did! Seeing as how I didn't exist, I decided to go into the restaurant to get a menu and place my order. I sat through my whole meal with an empty glass even if the waitress saw it twice. I decided to go inside again to pay since the waitress still hadn't talked to me. Did she speak once she noticed I ignored her tip? Nope."
