"Absolute müll! I have given this place a chance at several locations and they fail all expectations at every level, misery! obviously they don't care who they rent as customer service is atrocious and management is not better! this load should not be in business, period! I have firmed and called the complain line in this business to no pre-requiring, which clearly confirms that the checker as a company is not care about it’s customers! Generally all checker dives and landfills, but this place is about the worst! long-term, illiterate and rude workers, consistent wrong orders and the list goes on. bottom line: save your money and her sanity and avoid thiss store in palghetto as the plague*! carry the generic, superficial reactions of mgmt on so many of the same complaining are a sweat and further confirmation that she could be careless! only pathetic! I advise anyone to read this review just please call corporate until this place is closed, since no one earns their hard earned money for something to eat deserves this ridiculous experience! it is unacceptable and unacceptable!"

"Went here because I love Arby's, but wow was I disappointed. Me and my brother ordered two 5-piece tender meals and a shake, and I asked for a couple hot sauces for each meal. They didn't even ask if I wanted a receipt, which was my first red flag, because I would've liked one. The wait for the food wasn't too bad, but when I got the food they gave us TWO hot sauces, one for each. I asked them if I could get more and the cashier didn't even want to give any! So this already sucked, but the meal was still ok without sauces. Then when I checked my meal, I only got 4 chicken tenders !! At this point I was angry because they weren't just stingy with the sauce, but didn't even get my meal right! This Arby's was probably the biggest letdown ever. My brother said that the shake was at least good though, but the tenders and fries were mediocre."

"I ordered off door dash. I was hesitant because I’ve ordered before and there are just so many tiny bones and you HAVE TO BE CAREFUL eating the chicken. I ordered stew chicken with rice n beans, fried plantains, and a beef patty. The beef patty had the THINNEST layer of meat I’ve ever seen in a beef patty, the ones frozen at the grocery store are WAAAAY better!!! The meat was dried out and hard to the touch. See picture. The stew chicken was ok, it would’ve been nice to have the stew with the chicken instead just chicken, still very boney, and the rice was so grainy and very poorly cooked. Maybe if I had gotten the stew with chicken it would’ve masked the ickyness of the rice. The plantains were mushy and no where sweet! I really wish we could get some good authentic Jamaican food in this area!! Rodney’s I gave you another chance. I will never order from you again !"

"This place has a nice vibe-cool music, good amount. You even have cards against humanity: There was a side of pasta with marinara, a taco salad (Sans cheese and sour cream and a vegan Burgerpatty. *I am not 100% sure that the Marinara was vegan. Sitting outdoors looked funny, they have corn hole."

"Absolutely awesome all the way around! Excellent food. Service, from most of the staff, is great. There is one person there that almost always gives me a grilled chicken rice bowl when I order a grilled shrimp rice bowl. I won't make one person or that minor mistake effect the stars. They're still a 5+ on every level with me. A little on the pricey side but you pay for quality. Always crazy busy but still manage to be pretty quick in getting you in and out. And can't beat the hours. Open till 4am almost every night!Perfect for a tweaker! Not a very big parking lot so it's a little cramped because they're always busy. Definitely recommend!"
