"The reception was excellent and the amenities for hikers to the top: washing machine, garden, comfortable rooms, etc... Breakfast served very early. Dining excellent and friendly Proprietary owners, friendly, intractable on routes!"

"Overpriced for what it (has become)! A card that is no longer (at all) what it was!!! As a starter, three poorly cooked ravioli without any “scent” of truffle and with a far from old cantal and a few sticks of ham for €15 a la carte. After 45 minutes of waiting, finally comes a decent pork belly, served with a large boiled potato, clearly not worth €25 a la carte. And finally, a dessert for €9. A cotta pan that is too rare and too liquid at the bottom of a glass jar stuffed with jam, whipped cream and a few red fruits. I'm not talking about the cinnamon fries served with the burger, the smoke that invades the restaurant room (you can smell the bbq), the lighting too bright, no fillets or charlottes on the heads in the kitchen, we don't doesn't even offer to have another glass of wine. An addition of 115€ which is not worth half of it. This was at least the third time I've been to this restaurant and clearly it's not worth much anymore. I will no longer recommend it and I will not return there. It’s clearly no longer a “bistronomic” and that’s a shame!"

"I discovered this restaurant in a small regional family trip. The welcome is nice The products are of excellent quality. The little threesome is falling! As well as the still warm, generous blueberry pie (we had to wait a bit because it had just come out of the oven) fade with a butter paste and served with a small English cream. To accompany the meal, a nice little Marcillac wine. Establishment to be recommended without reservation"

"Managing the food time during Orcival visit is quite a challenge. After ski we were looking for a restaurant and Gîte du Lac Servières was close to us with high ratting in Google map . So we drove to it and we did not regret. The food was excellent and the staff are very nice and hostel and speaking good English. Due to the friendly act of the owner we made a reservation for next day breakfast. Then the whole family re-gather again for brunch the next day."

"We were seated on a balcony overlooking the beautiful church of Orcival. The service was wonderful, very attentive and friendly. The 3 course menu was a good price at 25 euros. We had a roasted beetroot starter, filet of trout and a dessert of tiramisu. All the dishes were well presented and very tasty. We all loved this small local restaurant and would certainly visit again if in the area."
