"Very disappointed curry chips are disgusting tasteless and sauce is horrible. Kebabs are horrible as Well I asked was there onion in kebab the answer I got was i don't I no i think so. There was no sauce in it let alone onion just...lettuce an coleslaw thrown together. Was there mins before my order was taken minutes in total till I got my food. The old couple behind the counter didn't seem to be coping to well dispite it been quite. Won't be going here again."

"I went in here for lunch as I live fairly locally. The decor is the first thing that hit me when I arrived, its seems like a time warp from the 1960s, with very old tables laid out in canteen style. I initially said hello to my server a older gentleman, who never responded. I ordered the lamb, when I was waiting for my order I had to ask three times before my drink finally arrived. The dinner when it arrived was rank average at best. I was served rock hard meat which was drowned in an awful gravy. The vegetables were tasteless and with over cooked carrots,and dry potatoes. The whole meal tasted like it was re heated in a microwave, which I am pretty sure it was, and was totally tasteless. I was never asked how my meal was, which would have been nice. Although Urlingford is not by any means the food capital of the region,there are better options nearby. Save your money and go elsewhere."

"Went for a drink after work on a Thursday, was surprised that we were the only ones in there (around 7pm). It was the day before I went on holidays so I didn’t really worry about an “atmosphere”. The cocktails were nice I’d definitely go back hopefully this time it would be more people. It is nicely decorated inside as well."

"For a country pub the food was amazing. I had chicken veg and spuds and was full after it followed by tea and biscuits all for under ten Euro .service was quick and friendly staff. A very busy place for dinner which is a good sign .Will call again"
