"We had our wedding ceremony at Off the Grid Organic Winery in August 2022. From the first email exchange to our wedding day, the Off the Grid staff went above and beyond to make our dream wedding come true! Communication with Sheri was great; she always responded to our questions quickly and with detailed responses. We loved meeting her at the wine tasting and appreciated that we got to select the wines that our guests enjoyed on the wedding day! Off the Grid's day of coordinator, Lisa, attended both our rehearsal and ceremony. She did an incredible job at making our day run smoothly and addressing all our questions. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting prior to the ceremony and the wine and cheese hour after the ceremony. Guests raved about the view, the generous pours of amazing wine, and the delicious selection of cheese and crackers. Off the Grid will forever hold a special place in our hearts and we would like to thank the staff for making our day so special! We wanted a wedding venue that felt intimate, unique, and captured the Okanagan's beauty and OTG exceeded this for us. I would highly recommend hosting your wedding ceremony at Off the Grid!"

"I come here every time I go to Kelowna but this time the service wasn't the best. We had to wave down the waitress. The food is good but I find a bit overpriced. The view is gorgeous. I prefer Old Vines for food and view but the Winery itself is a must visit!"

"My mom and I went here to relax and chat. Being from out of town with a some different Starbucks options where I live, I asked the staff to make me an iced passion tea with lemon and lime. They hadn't heard of it but...happily created it for my mom and I. It was delicious and we were happy. I have been to this Starbucks a few times when I visit and have always been happy with my experience there. It is a smaller Starbucks and has some outside seating which helps."

"No, no, no. _Don't even give it a chance. _After two hours, the food came cold and incomplete."

"My wife and I went to the Subway at downtown Westbank last weekend and couldn't believe our server. I asked for a 12 sub with only onions, greenpeppers and olives added to it. As I love olives, and she only put 4 or 5 olives on my sub, I asked for extra. She then added another 5 olives and I said REALLY? and that I love olives and really want a reasonable amount. She stated that she will have to charge me extra if I wanted more. I said that I couldn't believe that and thaat I deal with SubWay all the time and have never been treated like this. She just continued on with the order and never adressed me after that. I promise that I will never deal with the SubWay in downtown Westbank again and I know it is the same owner at the other location in West Kelowna as well so not that the owner will go broke with me not dealing with them but I'm checking out Quiznos etc.."

"Wonderfully styled. The food was done to perfection. Fresh ingredients, tasty and appealing to all of your senses. The staff were a delight as well. Always available and professional. I am of Italian descent, so it is a rarity for me to truly enjoy, classic Italian cuisine when going out. I will return! The food, atmosphere and staff are all to be commended! Bravo!
