"Absolutely terrible!! 4 “rustic” baguettes. Absolutely nothing rustic about them. Uncooked part baked baguettes that are certainly nothing like the advertising pictures!! Trish assures me that they were cooked for 13 minutes, however, I’d suggest that they were only cooked for 13 seconds enough to defrost them!! Head office in Bristol didn’t want to know, just wanted to continue the cycle of passing the buck. I’d recommend avoiding this place like the plague!!"

"I visited on a Wednesday afternoon for a coffee in-between meetings. I was greeted by the bar staff as I entered and asked to do a track and trace. Hand sanitizer was readily available too. After I was shown to my seat she explained how the ordering works and asked what I would like. Even though I only ordered a coffee, she made me feel like I was the customer in there. (I wasn't) my coffee was made promptly and was delivered by the manager. He was very friendly and helpful in giving me directions to my next meeting as I'm not from the area. Nothing seemed too much trouble.I felt safe with the seamlessly easy Covid rules. Thank you for having me and will definitely be back and recommending you to friends."

"It is stopped for the week for lunch with elder to bournemouth and the same comes on Friday after home. good selection of food and well appreciated. the personal was excellent, great to laugh with the nice lady (sorry has not seen her name) at the cash register and owen was very thorough and needs a special mention. we had only the woman who kept the flower shelves on the side of the caffe, did not clean up after her, there were water and soil/compost on the narrow way to the toilets, we had to stand and tell the people about the danger, until we made the caffe personal aware that then put a sign and then cleared up why the person does not do it, is a secret, she needs to retrain. in addition, we enjoyed the visit. many well appreciated plants, but as we do not buy space in the car, we have not given them too much attention. not many disabled parking slots and due to the position it was an effort for my parents to go up the stung and then all the way through the center to get to the caffe."

"This little coffee shop is run by volunteers and you are certain of a warm welcome. Lunch is a limited menu but all freshly prepared; home made soup; jacket potatoes and freshly made salads, with home made quiches that quickly sell out. It has limited opening hours with lunch being served from 12.00 to 13.30 when last orders for food are allowed. They close at 2.00pm and lunch is best taken early. No lunches on Saturday"
