"Phone ordered, was told 10 minutes and it was actually ready when we arrived. I think it's a good value for what I paid. My daughter and I got lunch, I ordered the eggplant with Tofu and it was really good. The tofu was crispy and the eggplants and sauce were very delicious. Just a problem with me was that I ordered fried rice, but they gave me white rice instead. It was okay. My daughter ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken. It was good, but the chicken was softer than crispy. I had specifically asked to be crispy and it wasn't. And the paprika were not cooked well, even hard. But the taste was good. Not too sure we would order it again because it was not crispy. If it was cooked to order, it should have been crispy because from order to pick up, it was not long. If it had already cooked and then put into the container for our arrival, that would explain why it was soft. The woman who took my order said they would cook it longer until crispy, but it does not seem that they did. With each special was our selection of soup that was hot and tasty. I got the hot and sour and my daughter got the eggplant soup. Also included was an egg roll and a victory for each of us. Critical and good. 2 lucky cookies for each of us end the meal. The food was packed in a stable divided bowl with a lid and can be reused later if you want. The parts were generous, in fact we were full and will finish the rest later. All in all, it was a good experience and value and I would order them again. I would just make sure that the Sweet and Sour Chicken was really crispy the next time."

"Where do I start? the customer service was excellent, the young man who answered the phone was polite and friendly. I called my order when we were on the autobahn. if they order via the phone, they must give their card information that is understandable because the people order and do not show up. we ordered the fish, garnel and oyster combo with green and fryed. 2nd order was a red snapper dinner with coleslaw and fries and a side of hush puppies. we were quoted 20 min and it was ready when we arrived, the young man was still friendly and had everything ready to go. eating was fresh and hot, all eating was very well seasoned. the college was okay, I'll choose something else next time. the pommes were so good, freshly cut and seasoned that they looked and tasted as if I were back in the kitchen of granny when everything was made from ground on. my hubby gave him a 10, which is quite large because he is not generous, only because. overall we were very happy with our food and since this place is closest, we will be back soon. thanks fishbone!"

"Today my husband and I drove from altadena,ca to Lakewood, ca. This restaurant kept popping up in my instagram. So I wanted to try. I order a mix and match bag.. I order garlic/butter mild. I get home, open to taste, and the ish Is burning my mouth. I am so disappointed. To drive that distance, spend over$100 and this is what I get. I can't eat that hot food, it will mean up my stomach for sure. So sad that people cannot be present when doing things. Just so unacceptable. Damn, damn, damn. SMH"
