"Make sure you have lots of time to spare and your not hungry or thirsty. When I have to keep waving like a madman to get service there's something wrong. But if your a regular you'll get lots of fast service and a waitress that hangs around your table for 15 minutes ignoring new customers. We asked for extra tartar sauce but got tired of waiting and just ate our fish. I asked for crackers or croutons for my soup but apparently they had neither available but meanwhile my soup got cold waiting for her to come back and tell me that. But apparently there is croutons for the ceasar salad......Doh I give up. We'll I'd definitely say there won't be a next time. Oh and my desert check out the pictures down below of what I got and the description of what I thought that I was getting. It was the only reason I ordered it but total disappointment. Good first impression..."NOT"....but like I said won't be a second time."

"Food was excellent, and service was good although they need to work on timing so you are not getting appetizer and meals at same time. Not a huge menu but good selection and everything we ordered was very tasty. A little expensive but worth it."

"Started with a very cheap cola that I couldn't drink and returned it. Husband's steak was almost grey and was the grossest steak he ever tasted. Ordered an appetizer that came after the main course. Ordered a wrap that couldn't even be picked up. Just fell apart and everything fell out. Let the server know how unsatisfied we were and never saw the manager. Didn't even get the cola taken off the bill. Really?? Worst dining experience we've ever had!!"

"You get beers, TV screens and $10 wings. We stopped in before a concert next door and the sign outside said $6 wings. Don't be fooled. Once you're inside and get your beers, they tell you the wings aren't on special on event nights. I wonder how often they are on for 6 bucks since they're beside the Abbotsford events and sports centre. Anyway's, i'm sure they suck a lot of people in there with that sign out front on the sidewalk by the road. It's not even a big deal, but i just hate when businesses have to suck people in with a misleading sign. They know they're doing it too."

"Service was good, cashier was pleasant and the poutine was good fresh and hot. I ordered a Big Fish, Whopper and Poutine for takeout. Got home and found I was given one napkin that was crumpled up and stuffed into the bag. What has happened to Burger King policy of 1 napkin for each food item? Also, no cutlery I suppose I should eat my poutine with my fingers??? Has BK changed the way Whopoers are made? A couple of tiny scraps of lettuce, 6½ pickles, looks like the ketchup was an afterthought... and they just about missed the burger. Everything was obviously piled on the crown of the bun then slapped together. I spent 13 years managing Burger King restaurants, my staff would never consider serving a substandard product like this."
