"Visiting friends in Tipton. They are always hooting about Jimmys and because I’m a Jim they dragged me here. So happy they did. After a long drive too Tipton I was starving and Jimmys Fish Bar did it for me. Filled up, happy, and ready to party on. I had an amazing chicken kebab and I mean amazing. Lush. Tasty, juicy and just the right spices. Chips were also beautisful. My friends all had fish and chips. All cooked well and generously portioned. Next time I visit it will defo be Jimmys again."

"Best Quality Chicken, Meat and Chips. The chicken and Lamb are always Fresh and Top quality and taste delicious. This is the only chip shop that serves Fresh food in Walsall. I have been to many chippies where they have either old chicken that smell or old dried Chips. They are on top of the quality and Freshness. The downfall is Fish which is okay but not cod so the price is high for Fish."

"Called into this establishment, which calls itself a fish bar at around 8pm on a Saturday evening as we fancied a bite to eat. After waiting around for several minutes while the staff appeared to be putting up pre-ordered food, I was asked what I wanted and said cod and chips . The assistant looked blank, obviously not understanding what I was asking for. After the third attempt, she said A cone of chips? Another staff member overheard and pointed out that I wanted 'fish and chips '. It quite clearly states 'Cod ' on the menu so why the assistant had no idea what I was talking about was baffling and, to me, 'fish chips ' is not 'Cod chips '. When I finally got served, 10-15 minutes later, the food was adequate but nothing to write home about given the rather expensive price. Need to smarten up their ideas and get some staff who actually understand the products they are selling. Won 't be going back again any time soon."
