"Auf eine Empfehlung hin, waren wir an einem Freitagabend im Weingut Bremer. Eines vorweg: Das Restaurant bzw. die Weingut Vinothek hat aktuell nur donnerstags und freitags geöffnet, dafür allerdings bis 24h. Die Plätze innen sind limitiert, daher empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung. Auf der kleinen Speisekarte findet man überwiegend Tapas, also kleine Häppchen. Preislich eher gehoben für eine Vinothek, die doch eher abseits liegt. Ich hatte einen Wildkräutersalat mit kalten Kartoffeln. Er war ok... Die Weine werden in 0,2l Gläsern ausgeschenkt, was für ein Weingut mitten in der Pfalz ja eher unüblich ist (Normalerweise 0,25l). Die Preise sind auch hier eher gehoben, aber die probierten Weißweine waren wirklich sehr fein! Also ok!Absolut sensationell ist das Ambiente, sowohl Innen als auch im Außenbereich! Leider war es zu kalt im draußen zu sitzen.Wo das Team sich sicherlich noch verbessern kann, ist der Bereich Service. Wir haben sehr lange auf unseren Wein gewartet und fast schon den Brotkorb leer gegessen, als die Getränke kamen. Freundlich sind die Damen auf jeden Fall, aber etwas mehr Professionalität und Schnelligkeit würden das Gesamtpaket perfekt machen. Schade, dass man hier nicht an einem schönen Samstag oder Sonntagnachmittag herkommen kann."
