"ヘルスコーチのプログラムを始めた理由は、減量食生活の改善赤ら顔の改善でした。 もともと食生活がひどく一日1食ドカンと食べたり、夜食は毎晩毎晩、お菓子好きが止まらず、お菓子類の加工品を多く食べることが習慣化していました。 コロナ禍ということも重なり運動もせず体重がみるみる増えていき、朝起きると手足がむくむ症状もありました。このままでは今後、年を重ねていくうえで身体的に危機感を覚えていたところで、ヘルスコーチのプログラムを受講いたしました。 過去何度も試みては失敗していたダイエットは頭で理解していても行動が伴わず、一人で取り組むと途中でフェードアウトしてしまう連続でしたが、やはりコーチにサポートしていただきながら行うと継続ができ、 さらに毎回のセッションもとても楽しく、「食」への意識が変化するにつれて体重も減っていくと、更に楽しく取り組めました。またライフスタイルの面で、自分でも予想していなかった新たな分野に取り組みはじめることができたのは驚きでした。 プログラムを進めるうえでライフスタイル全般からのアプローチから始まり、 食・運動・にとどまらず、忙しい毎日での中で時短で楽しくヘルシーで上質なお料理ができるようにコーチングもしてくださいました。ライフスタイルを見直す最高の機会だったと思います。人生の質がよりアップグレードできました！ これもなによりコーチが私自身の大切にしている生き方や世界観をリスペクトしながら、改善するポイントについては、しっかりと毎回のセッションでマインドセット・知識の教育・具体的な方法へと行動までおとしこめるようサポートしてくださったおかげです。 一つ一つの取り組みを楽しんでできるように工夫してくださる素晴らしい最高のヘルスコーチでした。 The reasons I started the health coach program were (1) weight loss (2) improved eating habits (3) red face problem Before I stated the health coach sessions, my eating habits were really bad. I used to have one big meal a day, and l could not stop eating sweets every night, and I had a lot of processed sweets. Due to the Corona pandemic, I got more weights quickly without exercising, and there was a symptom that my limbs had swollenness when I woke up in the morning. At this rate, I felt a sense of physical urgency as I continued to grow old. Therefore, I took this health coach program. I failed in the past every time I tried losing weight. In many times, I could not keep working on actions to be done by myself even if I understood I should in my mind. However, I was able to work on losing weight with the support of Ms. Hiromi Kikuchi, my health coach. In addition, each session was very interesting, and as my awareness of food changed positively, I started losing weight. I felt even more fun to work on improving my lifestyle. After all, it was very surprising that I was able to start working on new areas that I hadn't expected in terms of lifestyle thanks to the session. In advancing the program, the coach approached from lifestyle in general to the specific programs I had. In addition to food and exercise, Hiromi coach advised me so that I can enjoy healthy and high-quality food in a busy day. I think it was the best opportunity to rethink the quality of my lifestyle. The quality of my life has been upgraded even more! I also thank her that she respects for the way of my life and perspective I put a big importance on.
