"The food was DELICIOUS!! We got there around 8:45 am and they had free valet parking which was a nice surprise... I have it a five star DESPITE the service being a slow start... When the waitress finally came to our table she was very polite and efficient... From there our food came out quite fast and we had no complaints!! Our table was kept free of dirty dishes and it was a joint effort by all waiters and waitresses to provide everything we needed!!"

"Wow this was the worst jack in the boxive ever been to. No coke orange or DP in soda machine. Ordered the breakfast platter only good thing on there was the packaged syrup. Used the restroom it hadn't been mopped feces on the seat. Never been so disgusted and left hungry. Jack you should visit this location!!!!"

"Drive through was horrible. I asked for a breakfast jack and a chicken faita pita. Told him 3 times. He just had an an attitude and wouldn't respond. He charged me and gave me 2 breakfast jacks and a chicken faita sandwich. He was very rude and it was like talking to a brick wall. Just ignored me at the window and wouldn't respond.Real jerk"

"Very good food with good service. When they sit you down at a table they always offer you complimentary chips salsa. The side dishes like beans/rice are usually fresh and main dishes are very good. If you are looking for a place that doesn't over price too much then this spot is a good value for your money as well. More example of this is their Tuesday thru Fridays specials you can get a whole Tilapia fish meal (see supplied pic) for just $9.99. And they have daily breakfast plates that start are $8.99 which I believe is all day. Their Huevos Rancheros (Mexican Ranch Style Eggs) are very good. They place chiles/jalepenoes in some of their dishes so have these removed if necessary.Parking: This restaurant is at a shopping center with parking spots. The size of the parking spots are small as well."

"If i could give 0 stars I would. The employee named “Julieta” has the absolute worst customer service you can ever imagine. Let me explain, my mother asked for her to open the restroom nicely, as one should, this Julieta woman completely ignored her and started screaming at other coworkers explaining that orders come first and restrooms come last but also throwing indirects at my mother. I understand, orders should be completed within a certain amount of time, but a few seconds to press on a button to open the restroom wouldn’t make too much of a difference. This woman also has a superiority complex against a young male worker and would scream in his face telling him he’s not aloud to use more than one coupon on customers (which is not what happened, there were separate transactions being made). After waiting up front, she continued to scream at her coworkers, keep in mind she is not a manager, and would practically scold them AND customers. If I am being honest, the place was no where near as occupied as I have seen in other places. There was no need to act that way even if it was occupied. It comes to show how incapable they are to control their emotions and work under “pressure”. It drives customers away.I hope punitive action is taken against this Julieta person as that was no way to treat customers or coworkers.The above occurred Saturday, March 16, 2024 around 10 AM."

"First and last time there. I ordered a tall ribbon caramel crunch, and it was literally missing 3 ounces of drink. It was over compensated with a heavy amount of caramel syrup and whipped cream that still didn't reach the top of the cup. I was the only one in line, and it tasted like it melted."
