"We spent 3 nights camping just down the road from this restaurant and really loved it. The food is basic and traditional but made to order and good quality.The staff are friendly and whilst not fancy the restaurant is clean and cosy.Definitely worth a stop by if you are in the area and want an easy bite to eat and a drink."

"Hatten kurzfristig noch einen Tisch für 6 reserviert und dann den einzigen Tisch in der Wiese bekommen - was eher der Kindertisch auf der Spielwiese zu sein schien. Der Gastgarten war komplett voll, sodass uns das unterbesetzte Personal vollkommen ignorierte und wir lange Zeit auf uns aufmerksam machen musste bevor jemand kam um unsere Bestellungen aufzunehmen. Auch beim nachbestellen längere Wartezeiten. Bedienung kannte sich zudem offensichtlich nicht mit der Speisekarte aus und behauptete dass es manche Speisen bei ihnen gar nicht gäbe obwohl diese in der Karte standen. Bei der Kollegin erhielten wir jedoch trotzdem eben jene Brote. Erst bei der Bezahlung bemerkten wir, dass bei der Brettljause nicht wie üblich das Brot inkludiert, sondern extra zu bezahlen war. Leider ist das Brot nicht einmal selber gemacht, sondern ein durchschnittliches Hausbrot. Essen ist ok, Service stark verbesserungswürdig und überfordert. Schade !"

"I grew up very close to this restaurant and was not here for ever. I had a friend from london and wanted to go one day to "wiener schnitzel". all the restaurants I wanted were closed, so I suggested to go. as an appetizer my friend and I shared a “ice sausage” – whistle and edgy, served with brot. I am very picky when it comes to this dish, but my friend wanted to try out a typical starter and that was the most typical on the menu. it was super tasty – it tasted just as I would prepare it home. they can share it as a starter or a main course if they are not so hungry. but please try it – it is worth it. as we decided to have “Wiener Schnitzel” and again – it was delicious. the coat of bread crumbs, the meat, the taste – everything perfect! had no carving in one. Go on. the waiters were a little slow, but very friendly. overall highly recommended for local cuisine!"
