"I dislike when I have to leave a bad review but here I am. The side of chips I purchased with my burrito were so stale it hurt my mouth to bite into them. When I asked a staff member he apologized and said all the chips were like that. He said he couldn't do anything and deffered immediately to the manager, whom is sitting right in front of me briefing employees. I don't have time to wait around for him to finish and come to a resolution but I don't think a Chipoltle should be offering chips they know are no good. Disappointing to say the least. The staff making my burrito were friendly and the burrito itself was fine. Just stay away from their chips in this location, around 3:30 PM or later, and you should be fine."

"This place is our go to now for good Mexican food! And the staff were sooo friendly. I have 3 things I watch for when judging a Mexican restaurant: chips and salsa, horchata, and the enchiladas and tamales (my go to). I am SO happy to say all three were delicious! First, chips and salsa: salsa flavor and spice were perfect, chips tasted like they were NOT just poured from a bag (which is good), and they also bring out some ref. beans to dip in as well that tastes yummy! Second, horchata: HOMEMADE! need I say more? Third, my go to: I got the combination 3 plate with a chicken enchilada, shredded beef enchilada, and a tamale. These were yummy too! Though I will say that the chicken and shredded beef in the enchiladas didn't have as much flavor themselves. The flavor came from the sauce and cheese on top. Still tasted good. And they give you HUGE plates! I had two full meals from my one plate (leftovers heated well). Their guac is good too! My husband got a smothered burrito and said the same about the meat could've had more flavor, but overall really liked it! We also got the melted queso dip with chorizo on top for an appetizer and it was SO good! So many calories, I'm sure, but worth it. It was VERY greasy though."

"The chips and salsa, food and deep fried ice cream is AMAZING! The customer service at the Meridian location was EXCEPTIONAL!! The owner Speedy is so amazing! He was so friendly to my two year old son and made sure we had everything we needed. Our waiter Andres was so wonderful as well and was so attentive. I?m pregnant and was craving their salsa and he made sure my salsa cup was always full and that we were happy. The prices are so reasonable there; it?s definitely one of my favorite places to eat and I can?t say enough about how impressed I am with this place!"

"Why give Taco Bell my money, Qdoba has corn tortilla's. I cannot have gluten. And their steak Tacos are awesome. I get 3 on corn, steak, a lil queso, fajita veggies, pico, shredded cheese, a lil cojita cheese. Side of sour cream and side of verde jalapeno. These tacos are so good. The pulled pork quesadilla on corn with a side of sour and verde jalapeno is delicious too. The mild queso is awesome too."

"I always get the ham breakfast burrito! So amazing!!! Some people have said they have customer service issues but I have never had any at this location myself, always been a good experience. Keep up the good work guys! The prices have increased a little bit, but I think this has happened everywhere."
