"We ordered the 8-piece Family Halibut. While I expected pieces to come mostly the same size. Instead, pieces were wildly differing. We had a piece that was a triangle with a 2 inch tail?! Hard to share with a big crew when there is no uniformity in weight or size. Cost $67.95"

"When I came here, there were only 2 staff. One cook and one server but they both done a great job. It was busy but they manage to take care of every customer. The food was great and good portion. The atmosphere though, I moved tables because there were 4 customers that walked in and sit beside us and one of the male customer seems to be drunk and he was swearing at his group and he smells like Marijuana. Other than that, I enjoyed the customer service and food. Also compliments to the Filipino chef for a job well done with the fish and chips we ordered."

"We stayed overnight after a vacation at the Ramada. Had breakfast at Dalton's, since it is on site. There were enough choices, to please all. The service was good, quick and friendly. Would like to return for the buffet. Good portions, priced reasonable. Open 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. which is great for late flights."

"While vacationing in the Canadian Rockies for 10 days, we ate at a different restaurant every night. We tried everything from local pizza places to Eden at the Rim Rock hotel in Banff (a very posh dining experience). While Trough in Canmore was an excellent contender for best meal, Big Fish in Calgary on our last night was truly outstanding. The service was impeccable and the meal was consistently wonderful. Our appetizers were delicious (mussels and seafood chowder), and both our fish entrees (trout and walleye) were perfectly cooked and truly delicious, with lovely accompanying sides (especially the wild rice combo with the walleye)."

"A quirky 'round the corner place for great fish and chips!Joey 's special fish and chips offerings are a must try. The sides are generous, and delicious seasonal veggies are a must try (Yes, veggies! along with lemon and butter shrimps...Sharing menu is good : calamari rings are well seasoned, and a definite try. The tartar sauce could use a little dill and the ommph , but can 't complain with the mains it comes with!A good place to enjoy fish in a group, with friendly service. 5 stars in my book for this Edmonton Trail gem!"
