"I was moderately devastated when my favourite Papparich branch closed down a few months ago. The rumour was that apartments would be built on the site (just what we need....more apartments). So I was surprised to find that this seafood restaurant has opened here instead. <br/ <br/ Walking in, there have been some cosmetic changes. There are table cloths now and the chairs have been reupholstered to mimic the aqua blue theme of the restaurant. <br/ <br/ The food was surprisingly good and reasonably priced. We had the seafood wat tan hor which had generous amounts of seafood and was well seasoned. The sambal on each table was exceptional and I wouldn't mind taking a bottle of the sambal home with me. <br/ <br/ The highlight of my day was the whole fried fish with Thai sauce the fish was quite large and fried perfectly. The sauce and accompanying vegetables went very well together. This came with a generous serve of jasmine rice. <br/ <br/ So if you're looking for competitively priced seafood dishes, this place is a reasonable choice."

"I’ve walked past Theo’s Fish Chip Bar umpteen times when I visit Ivanhoe to see the dentist. It’s in the Upper Heidelberg strip of shops and cafes. Between its bright cheerfully painted turqoise walls, Greek seaside village decor and overall positive vibe when I look inside, I’ve wanted to try it for ages; cravings for Japanese at Toyama have always gotten the better of me. Today, I tried Theo’s for lunch and as much as I WANT to give it more stars the cost and some other factors makes it impossible to justify a 5 star rating.
