"Our meal was warm, not hot and fresh. We ordered chocolate shakes and they came back vanilla shakes. We asked for double shot of chocolate. The shift manager Thomas made a big ordeal Out of us asking for a double shot of chocolate. He said it was against policy. We said we would pay extra. He reprimanded his staff for saying they would do a double shot and then came to our table to tell us he reprimanded his staff and told us it wasn’t allowed. Thomas was showing his outward disapproval by slouching against the wall and staring down his staff and us. He was not professional at all the way he conducted himself to us or his staff. We asked for a refund for the shakes.Shift manager Thomas gave us a refund for the shakes after he contacted another manager since he didn’t know how to get a refund. We will be letting the store manager know how the shift manager performed his duty."

"This restaurant is located within Silver Dollar City near the entrance gate and opens early. Breakfast was fresh and hot buffet style with all you can eat. The fresh fruit was delicious: watermelon, cantaloupe, and strawberries. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and we enjoyed our meal. The buffet also included biscuits, sausage, bacon (paper thin), scrambled eggs, and chunk fried potatoes (not greasy). Coffee was good. Highly recommend. Food was not salted, you can do that per personal taste, no problem."
