"Looks brand new. Pumps worked like new and everything was stocked and available...papertowels...squeegee, receipts. Ground was nice and clean by the pumps... a nice change from many filthy gas stations in Virginia where you have to watch your step. The bathroom was clean. No loud obnoxious music like some gas stations nowadays. Easy in and out and spacious gas pump area. Impressed."

"In a town surrounded by hotels, this is not the one.We got a double room with double beds and they were the smallest double beds I have ever seen. They looked like twins beds and didn’t comfortably sleep two people in one, unless you were half on top of each other.Our AC was also so loud and would create a static like noise every so often that was even louder. It sounded like it was old and needed to be replaced. Because of this, we all had a hard time falling asleep due to the noise.On top of the AC unit, at about midnight, our fire alarm went off for no reason. We were all in bed and just able to sleep when it won’t stop going off. I went to use the phone in the room to call and that phone didn’t work or even have a dial tone. So I went downstairs and the person at the front desk had no clue what to do, which shows poorly on whoever manages this place as they must not train their employees well. She came up to our room and just took the alarm off the wall. I guess that the alarm was broken before but they just put it back on. I was told to google the phone number to call the front desk again and they seemed to have no idea why the hotel phone wasn’t working.The breakfast was mediocre. A small corner for hot food and a waffle maker, but of course, we went down late because breakfast is only open until 10am and we were up till 1 am dealing with the alarm. The had a few slices of bread and yogurt and watered down juice when we went down.The only redeeming quality is that it is so close to food establishments, but there are also a dozen of other hotels with in walking distance that it would not be hard to find a room elsewhere.Would have liked to bring this all up to the manager in the morning but when I went to check out, he didn’t even bother to ask me about my stay."
