"Nach einem anstrengenden Aufenthalt im Seilpark Balmberg haben wir uns in diesem Restaurant verpflegt. Das Essen war sehr gut, alles frisch zubereitet. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Da wir draussen gegessen haben, konnten wir ebenfalls die schöne Aussicht geniessen. Beim nächsten Besuch im Seilpark, sicher wieder mit diesem Tagesabschluss."

"Wir waren mit dem 2 für 1 Büchlein im Restaurant Schänzli/Ramada.Das Essen war schön auf den Tellern angerichtet und geschmacklich top. Auch die direkte Lage an der Aare machen den Besuch zu einem Highlight. Wenn da nur nicht der schlechte Service gewesen wäre... schade..Der Service war leider mangelhaft und die Motivation der Kellner-/innen nicht spürbar (oder gar vorhanden). Ein "Willkommensgefühl" als Gast kam daher gar nie auf.Aufgrund des mangelhaften Services empfehle ich das Restaurant nicht weiter. Schade ne so tolle Location bei so gutem Essen zu haben und dann ein solcher Seevice dazu. Das passt leider nicht zusammen."
