"I have been ordering from this restaurant over the last few months. I live an hour away, so driving there is quite a distance there and back. My last two orders were HORRIBLE. Because I really like the place, I never complained. I spend almost $100 every order. 2 weeks ago my Sushi tasted as if it had salt on 1 or two rolls. This Friday, my mango with sticky rice was less than desirable. I am not sure if it was just not cooked properly, but it did not taste orlook like sticky rice (see photo). I spoke with the manager Bit today and he told me because I did not call right away or bring the meals back he would not give me a credit or refund. I've spent a lot of money with this company and I willnot be back again. I asked if he'd rather lose a loyal customer than do the right thing. He chose to lose me as a customer because 3 days have passed. I have a very busy schedule, and was so disgusted with the food, why bother calling? Today, I called because I actually like the place and thought he'd rectify the situation. He did not. I will find someplace else to eat that values it's customers. This food has gone downhill."
