"We stay on the road, at Moody Beach RV Campground. In just a few minutes walk we found Brown's Clam Shanty on Route 1. What a jewel. The fried shrimps were tender and light. The French fries were crisp and wonderfully seasoned. Karen Audie's Double Swiss Mushroom Burger was juicy and tasty. The portions were perfect (okay.... too much food). The prices were refreshing more than reasonable. We typed when we ordered and just had to tap again before the service was left so pleasant and sincere. The staff running on the parking lot to deliver orders, and still stop to check on us while eating our take-out was very hospitable. I don't know if the whole family works today, but they seemed safe like the family.... Thank you for serving us as completely as your industry is fighting!"

"This hidden gem is amazing. Nestled between Main Street and the Beach we happened to stumble upon the Patio yesterday and are we ever glad we did. The staff is amazing. Views are beyond gorgeous from the roof. Food is delicious. 5 stars for the Rum Punch. Lobster rolls (one hot and one cold) were out of this world. Chicken sandwiches were perfect. Wishing the staff at the Patio a successful season. If you are in town definitely check this place out!"
