"I had really high hopes for pasta garage and I’ve been meaning to try it since I moved to Lexington. When my friend came in from out of town we decided it would be the perfect dinner that was casual, comfy, and not a stuffy long dinner. Unfortunately pasta garage did not at all live up to any of our expectations. There was NO line when we got there but it took an HOUR to get our food. For pasta that needs to be dropped in boiling water, and sauce that is already made that is ABSURD especially when there was NO line. Absolutely no one in front of us placing an order. Then when we get our food, an hour later, it’s in a to go bag which made it really difficult to eat in the restaurant when we wanted to share all different pastas. Those that got their food after us (also visibly frustrated, and audibly frustrated as they also said “FINALLY!” When their buzzer rang) were all served their food in proper plates. On top of all that, we were missing an entree and had to head to the window again and wait on that. We had planned to grab dessert there, but were so frustrated we left as soon as we finished our mediocre meals. The ravioli was way over cooked to the point where it had opened up and the Kentucky shaped pasta was no where near Al dente. Thankfully my kid slurped up her spaghetti with no issues but this is not an establishment I plan to eat at again, especially since not one person apologized for the long wait time or for the missing food."

"Amazing eating! even better service! we were sooohungry after a long visit for my grandfather. we decided to eat last minute. with a big party of 14 we were worried about coming to any place! After we were boiled by another restaurant near us, because we had asked to sit together, we were ready to eat just apart. we went up and the notiz on the door said we can not take big parties, but at this point we wanted to sit with our smaller size family. to our surprise they have put us on a big table, our eating came on time, little waiting, it was exactly what we needed! many thanks for a blessing of our family."

"I patronize Puccini's quite often with my brother and it has become our favorite place for lunch. The food is great but that is not the biggest reason we continue to go there. The last couple of times we have sat in two different servers areas. The first was Betsy. She made our meal even better with her vibrant smile, willingness to make sure we were taken care of and most important thing of all her character was ing. We went back a few days later requesting to sit in her area and unfortunately for us it was her day off. So they placed us in Allen's section. Little bummed that we would not receive a repeat with Betsy but that was ok. I was shocked when we received the exact same service from Allen. His character was amazing. I was well pleased that even though it was not the same server we still had a successful repeat. Puccini's food is top notch and no recommendation needs to be made towards that. My only recommendation is that they hold all of there servers to the standards that Allen and Betsy hold themselves too. Happy Patron, Joshua Johns"

"I have delivered during covid for some months eating for different apps and I can tell them that there is no other restaurant that takes care of more about their satisfaction than these donatos. they are great in what they do very quickly and actually take care of their eating. I just wish they had a few for those who handed out one thing! 5/5"

"Decided to go with the new Batman lime zone. was skeptical at first knowing, but turned out to be an amazing meal. also the cardboard box that was earlier at home was used to help a sweet dame that stuck on the ice in her lkw. they would recommend that they have saved them from holding them. "Rise Up! pizza is great the crust is a sourdough that brings some zing to the pizza without overpowering it to me, that's what makes this the best pizza around. It's a thinner crust, but well balanced with the sauce and toppings. Sauce tastes fresh, not canned, and toppings are often locally sourced. Pizza is a good size for one person, or maybe to split between 2 people as a snack. They are around $12 $13 for a pizza, which is very reasonable, given the artisanstyle of this quality food. The Beesting pizza is pictured that habanero honey is amazing. Try it you won't be disappointed!"

"So I stopped for a short visit, because I wanted the pizza and my kids were with me. I’m pregnant and was having a craving. My six year old was eating pizza when I noticed this on her slice of pizza we’re the bread is. I was very upset couldn’t imagine if my daughter would of eaten it. It’s some kind of plastic piece with numbers on it, you can clearly see it was cooked into the bread somehow. I went to the front and asked for my money back for that specific pizza because to be fair we did eat the other pizza and wings. The lady in the front was nice and apologized to me for it and offered many things including my money back. But all I wanted was my money back for that pizza. She gave me a full refund and, I get that things happen but maybe the people cutting the pizza should take a few minutes more to just take a quick glance when cutting the pizza before handing it out. This thing was not a normal peace of plastic I could even bend it almost like cartilage. Scary thing but over all I look this place and so do my kids I will keep coming here. I’ll just check all the food next time. Good job to the lady that helped me! She understood the assignment."
