"Haven't had a bad experience yet so i will continue to go there. My husband and i tried a couple of their Subway Series sandwiches and enjoyed them. First time I've ever had a sandwich toasted and it might become something I do more of."

"Friend and I were twice. Both times we sat at the bar and ordered wings and beer as well as a sandwich or salad. Service is excellent. Good beer selection. Homey atmosphere. During the week not recruited. Wings were cooked as I like them. Buffalo sauce has to bring more warmth to me."

"Very bad service. Currently still waiting in drive thru line, been here 30 minutes already. At the speaker I waited 15 minutes for them to take my order and I had to let them know I was already at the speaker 15 minutes. They had asked me again to wait to take my order. And now still waiting in line at the drive thru. It’s been 45 minutes since I pulled up to the speaker. This is beyond ridiculous!"

"Still just ok. Caesar salad was mostly crunchy white stuff. Fried seafood platter was ok. Seasoning did not penetrate the fish. Cole slaw was good. Chicken and rice soup was good. Service was good. $26.50 or so for one entree, soup, salad, tea. Side items and service being 4 star did not outweigh the mediocrity of the entree. For fried seafood in the area, I recommend Scully’s. Other notes: the place is pretty nice. Separate pool tables (2) and bar for sitting and drinking. Nightly events (poker, trivia)"

"This place was an absolute home run!!! It's definitely a quaint family owned place with amazing service!! Lots of gluten free options. Kelli (the owner) and Hunter helped us make the best choices for our meals, then as we were paying we found out they offer free Lone Star beer and free Blue Bell ice cream with the meals. Hunter came to the table to check on us, was incredibly personable, and even offered to take our photo with the cow out front. The meat was fresh, moist, cooked perfectly, and flavorful! We had: brisket sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, potato salad, homemade pickles, mac belly, ribs, and a pulled pork taco.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a family friendly place!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free meats and options for sides"

"Fajita is super salty. My husband enjoyed it. Beans and rice were okay. I ordered tortilla soup that I could not eat. Flavor was not good cold Pico de gallo and what looked to be actual lettuce not cilantro was put into Luke warm soup making it cold soup. With very very salty maybe Fritos as tortilla strips. Bones, skin , and tendons left on chicken in soup was very offputting. I give 3 stars because they did not charge me for the soup I didn’t eat and I appreciate that. They were pretty busy but the waitress never returned after our food was served. We had to walk to the counter to request check to pay. Maybe she noticed I set my plate aside and wasn’t happy with my food so she avoided us. Not sure but it seemed like all tables around us were tended to great."

"Everything is overpriced even compared to Victoria and the quality is terrible. Everything on the menu is bland. The wait staff is horrible. LONG wait times to get your meal. The owner cuts corners on the quality of the food and raised prices. $17 for the same dish I can get in Victoria that tastes so much better for $13. He literally walked by our table 4 times and had to have noticed our chip basket was empty and our drinks were too. He just doesn't care about his patrons. It's been that way for years and has steadily declined. The ONLY reason I went back is my son wanted to eat here for his birthday. I can't understand why this restaurant is still popular when there's much better in Port Lavaca????"
