"Stayed in Cheveley on a recent business trip to the area, as we have two westies we phoned ahead to check that dogs would be welcome at the pub, no problem! On the hottest evening of the year so far we were given a nice table in the bar near an open window. The dogs settled quietly under the table. We ordered our meals from the enticing menu of home cooked dishes. The food was exceptional, cooked and presented beautifully. Very good selection of wines available. The staff were friendly and attentive but not intrusive. A truly five star experience, will return."
