"I placed an order for fries, bubble tea and milk shake. They told me it will take 15 minutes. I sat there to wait. I was approached by the Chinese lady (cashier) who said she didn?t know that it was a dine in and there?s a different price for dine in. I informed her that I?m just waiting for the order. I was never asked whether it was to stay or to go. Start asking your customer whether it?s a take out or dine in. Stop being greedy for gratitude and tip!"
