"Visited your location on 07-21-22. I received really poor customer service the last time I was in here. I won't be coming back again because of it. Nor will my family and friends. Employee was extremely rude to me when I came to pick up my order. It seemed like she was not happy about something or having a bad day. I'm not sure. But good luck teaching your employees on how to provide great customer service. UPDATE: Then there needs to be proper training amongst ALL of your employees. Not one person ends up being trained properly then the others are not. Consistency is KEY. Balance is key. If not, then this ultimately ends up being the fault of the business NOT the consumer.
