"Whilst we waited in the bar to get served another couple came in and gave up. They walked out. Eventually we found a member of staff. When we were ready for a refill we also waited far too long to find a barman. There was no one else in either bar, I wonder why! Service: 2 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet"

"Food appeared lovely however half way through our food my girlfriend realised her chips had been fried with FLIES! There were dead fried flies on her chips. They had clearly been cooked in the fryer along with the chips which begs the question how often are they cleaning the kitchen?! We obviously complained and were told it was pepper dispute being able to see the wings and legs! They took the chips off us and when we said we weren’t paying for the chips they came over and took all the food away saying if we aren’t paying for the chips we can’t eat any of the food. They took the food away before we had chance to take a picture unfortunately. We eventually left. This was on Sunday 18th September 22."
