"I can't complain, we came at 5:00 on a Friday night and it wasn't busy at all. Service was decent, I don't know anything about Boboa tea, so I guess it's good. Fun place to visit for something else."

"The donuts here are soft, fluffy and reasonable priced. We recently bought them on several occasions when we had guests over and they all really loved the donuts. They have two locations, one in Mira Mesa and one in Scripps Ranch. When it’s early in the morning, we usually go to Mira Mesa. The donuts are, of course, best in the morning when they are still super fresh. If it’s later in the morning, we usually go to the Scripps Ranch location, which gets a lot more foot traffic, so even if you go late morning, they usually still have really fresh donuts. My favorite is the glazed and the glazed twisted. Mr. K likes those as well and also really likes the mini apple fritter. They also sell the trendy blueberry donut. Both shops close by 3pm and are usuall"

"Awful customer service.(First time handling the replenishment of coffee goods)I called on a Thursday to inquire about the process and our next delivery. I was told our next delivery was schedule for Monday. I asked if the delivery could be moved in by 1 day. I was told they needed a 3 day lead-time. I asked if I needed to do anything to have product delivered, I was told, no, you are on auto-ship once a month .My delivery schedule came and went and nothing was delivered. I called to inquire? I was told that yes, we have you in the schedule for today, but for whatever reason, we are not delivering. Let me talk to my manager and see if we can deliver later today .I asked that they call me back, they said, sure.Three days later and no call and no delivery.I just called and they told me that they never delivered because I never ordered anything... I asked about the auto-ship and she said no, you are not on auto-ship They are clueless... Stay away"
