"Gulmohar is a great restaurant, located on the Hume Hwy/Sydney Rd. The restaurant itself is large, and welcoming, and features really nice decor and comfortable tables. Even a large couch for those waiting for take away orders. The staff are always lovely and friendly, and...smiling. The food is delicious, and truly the best Indian you could get in this area. In fact it is the only place we order take away from in the Campbellfield area. The menu is quite large, and has many vegetarian options. They also have lunch deals, which include vegetarian and non vegetarian thalis, which look great. The quality of food is always high, and always delicious, we have never been disappointed so far. The restaurant also has outdoor seating, and very effective outdoor heaters for cooler nights. From memory, there is also a kids corner where kids can play a little while parents dine in."

"SERVICE: 3.5/5<br/ Admittedly we gave Mehmet Usta a try after a nearby restaurant we regularly go was just too busy to wait. It was on a weekend afternoon and there was plenty of tables available. The lady that served us was lovely the whole time and kept coming to make conversation with my baby daughter. The food came out at a reasonable time and we were warmly greeted by all staff we came across.<br/ <br/ FOOD: 4/5<br/ We had the mixed grill and a falafel plate. They were both fresh, flavoursome and very enjoyable. The meat was juicy, dips were especially delish, rice was cooked just right and serving size was generous. It's hard to break a habit as we have a regular place nearby but will definitely remember this restaurant if we want a less busier/quieter environment.<br/ <br/ DECOR AMBIENCE: 3.5/5<br/ Clean, lots of natural light and colour scheme of black, white and pops of red. "Food was burnt, they still tried to charge us. Order was wrong. We had to wait 20 mins only to find out they didn’t put our order through correctly. Nothing is right about this place. Plenty of other options around"

"Pictured is $50 worth of food. The dish on the right was cold, as in straight out of the fridge cold accompanied with rice flakes or something which arent overly nice to eat . The dish on the left is char grilled goat with rice bubbles? The side dishes were underwhelming. A small serving of spinach, 1 fried egg in a container, not 1 but 2 slices of carrot and some side curry thing which actually isn't that bad. The $3.50 naan was easily the best thing the came out of the bag. Super disappointed."

"The delicious “Noodle Soup” by fork mama at the big vegan market in the mai. consisting of a very tasteful broth, noodles, shishatake mushrooms, bok choy, bonfire, dripping, and the protein of the brazed duck I had the opportunity to choose between ente, huh, tofu and mushroom. although the duck was braided, she had a really beautiful texture, and was beautiful and crisp, and really added the otherwise smooth aromen and texture of the nudel dish. had to wait a little for the order, but understandably on such a big and busy market! the nudelsuppe was one of four options that had fork mama on the market, and although that limited the options there, I was super happy with my choice!"
