"If you’re travelling to Hammo for a few days or weeks – then give Matt and Bronwyn Culder a call on 0409411294.These guys are Hamilton Island’s dynamic duo of seafood and nothing’s a problem.Mouth-watering muddies, sandies, prawns, tuna, mackerel, fresh oysters, bugs, coral fish through to salmon – Fishi has what’s in season and will deliver it, with a smile, to your door.All you have to do is call and ask what’s fresh or drop down to their premises at the back of the dry dock at the Harbour (next to Pavilions) and grab or place an order.You may get lucky and meet up with Matt coming in from a fishing trip and score a super fresh Snapper.My favourites – a kilo of prawns, the coral trout and local Muddies (when they’re in season), but there isn’t a bad thing in this place - everything’s good. Roll past the bakery, grab a Frenchstick and throw some prawns on a roll. It’s the best lunch on the island or get the guys to do you up one of their famous seafood platters – yum! If you're heading out on a boat, simply call ahead and the guys can fill your fridge with seafood goodies. I’ve been visiting the region for two decades and Fishi is my top tip to any visitor. As for me – tonight I’m tucking into Singapore Chilli Mud Crab and a dozen oysters and I didn’t have to leave my apartment.Anyone else jealous?"

"Inexplicably horrific. Terrible food to match the horrendous prices. Service was sloppy and aloof, and showed no interest in the 4 diners in the restaurant. Our food was somehow sent to the wrong table, with no apology nor rectification. I highly disregard this restaurant, and have no problem in saying it is the worst establishment I have ever dined in, and would not wish upon anyone to try their luck here."

"Not long after we arrived the internet dropped out. There was no drink taking or order taking for at least minutes. We were told that this regularly happens due to where the establishment is located. We felt that if this is a regular occurrence a contingency plan should be in place. We were able to set up a tab to start placing orders after waiting over minutes. However, this was not offered until I was serve by a lovely young girl wish I had caught her name, she was medium height and blonde with long hair. She had amazing customer service and nothing was too much trouble"
