"As frequent vistors to Ronce Les Bains, we had always passed this restaurant thinking how attractive and inviting it looked, but had never frequented it. To mark a special family and friends reunion, we decided to go but what a disaster. The starters were fine. However the main courses arrived at different times so that some off us had almost finished when others had yet to start; the food was cold, the portion sizes in some cases minuscule and the steaks were 75% fat! When we approached the proprietor for a reduction in our bill he was not that interested and it took 30 minutes of heated argument to get some money back. The worst customer service I have ever received in France and most unusual for Ronce-Les-Bains. Go elsewhere in the village."
