"Went there today around noon. (6/28/2022) The young ladies who took my order was friendly and helpful. But when the women who brought me my food was so rude and ugly. I asked about the pepper that asked to be put on the side because I didn't see them. She snapped and raised her voice at me and said I put them in the bag and walked away. I told to calm down. I will never go there again and I will tell everyone one know about the rudeness. I spent this time $25.00. Never again. I work to hard for my money to be treated that way."

"I’ve been going to Purple Steer for years, and my most recent experience was one I thought I had to leave a review about. I ordered online like I usually do, and I went to pick up. They told me they were having issues with their online ordering, and they would have to start my food now. I was okay with this and waited for my food in my car. Within 10 short minutes, my food was done. When I got home two of my dishes were completely undercooked. My hash browns were hard and you could tell they were still not cooked through. My french fries were soft and cold in the middle. I never have issues here so I decided to call the restaurant to let them know about my experience. A man spoke to me and yelled at me to “never come back” if the food was not up to my standards. He refunded me, which I told him I did not want, I just wanted to let him know what happened. When you order food at a restaurant you expect your food to be cooked, instead I had to come home and recook what I was given. I will be taking that man’s advice, and I will never order here again."
