"We tasted the meet from the hot stone and a chicken breast with salad from the salad bar. Both was delicious and was served with love patiance and a smile. "I've eaten here quite a few times, alone, with friends, family, and clients, everyone has always left impressed and happy. There are multi course tasting menus, local specialties, and my favorite, the burger, all made with local ingredients and presented and served with great care...at prices that are very reasonable by Swiss standards. The family that runs the hotel is very friendly, knowledgeable about wine, and always willing to offer tips about things to do and see in the the stunning Hasli valley. It's the perfect base camp for outdoor fans, be it hiking or mountain biking, (In my case skiing in the winter and hiking and fly fishing in the summer) and the proximity to some of Switzerland's most famous alpine passes make it popular among motorcyclists as well."
