"Un passage sur TripAdvisor nous a décidé sur notre destination du jour, et cette halte dans l'Auberge. Une entrée charcuterie pour ma part, dommage, c'était bon mais nous ne sommes pas en Auvergne, le choix des escargots aurait été plus judicieux !Cervelle ou rognons .... dilemme cruel pour la suite !!!!Les assiettes voisines sont tout aussi appétissantes.Fromage crémeux ou chèvre très secs ... comme la charcuterie, correct mais pas de quoi hurler de bonheur.Dessert, baba au rhum (notion spéciale pour la bouteille mise sur table pour refaire les niveaux du baba !) et forêt noire, correct sans plus. Vin au pichet un peu cher 17€ les 50cl de côte roannaise ça pique ... Un endroit rare pour déguster de la cervelle d'agneau, de mémoire je n'en ai jamais vu sur une carte de restaurant. Cuisine ouverte sur le passage vers la salle, grande gentillesse des propriétaires, une halte avant d'aller visiter les alentours."
