"Got a voucher from GruopOn , the all you can eat. It was the worse sushi ever. All they served was the simple rolls which 90% made from rice and seaweed. It doesn't look great as the promotion they present in GroupOn at all. Do not up your sale like this. Killing yourself! And the company which the restaurants deal with should strict with all deals they present."

"If you ever come to this place, you MUST try the Takoyaki octopus/squid with potato balls. There's two small balls on top of a small tofu pocket (Inari),and for $2, I don't think you can go wrong. The rainbow and dragon rolls are also really good! Only downside is that they don't come in rolls, but individual pieces and it does add up quickly in terms of price!"

"What this sushi roll store does differently from generic sushi stores is this one sushi that caught my eye: seaweed salad mixed in with the rice! Yay!<br>
It was a choice that I am very confident and happy to state I would not ever regret!<br>
The seaweed is the same ingredient as from the seaweed salad, I am often familiar seeing in more Korean restaurants than Japanese-only. The flavours burst and enhanced the overall sushi flavours.<br>
The other roll was a black rice tuna roll. I would say the Tuna was mixed in with Japanese mayonnaise and generous amounts of it also, providing with a pleasant taste. They were both very well-made. The interesting part to this is that I purchased these two at 7pm. Not sure when they were made but it didn't have the usual dried texture of sushi that's been sitting out all day exposed to air.<br>
Well done Hero Sushi Burwood! I'll be back for more!<br>

[Re-edit] and so I have! The Nigiri inaris are pretty yummy. The Takoyaki was a tad disappointing as it was not grilled to create an outer crunchy texture. Others were average though decent to eat.<br>

[Re-edit 2nd March]. It was 5pm and the small nigiri toppings were dried up causing the sushi to be unenjoyable and tougher (as expected as if it has been sitting there all day). Wasn't the best experience after a few great ones but not too keen on returning now as the prices remained at full price at late afternoon on a Wednesday evening!"

"Something has changed. eating is no longer as good as before. the chilikaraage no longer has the same crack. tempura was soggy. hot meat was laid next to cold sashimi? we eat here all the time and the standard of food and aromas have changed. did not like it and will not come back."

"Since starting to work in the area, this has become a favourite! The sushi is always fresh and if its not on the train they will make it for you. Its not overly fancy but clean and all plates are the same price (Cheap! We...often go on the weekend with our 2 year old daughter and its not a hassel at all. We often feel akward taking her to eat out but not here, great family sushi train. Highly Recomend!"
