"We recently stayed at a resort near Seafood ConXion and couldn’t get past this place! As well as awesome, crunchy fish and chips, they do delicious wraps and salads (the fish wraps were a total stand-out) and local prawns. The shop is really friendly and...relaxed with open-air seating and very welcoming to our little kids. Next time we are in Noosaville this will be first on our “to-eat” list."

"We were not sure where to have dinner on Thursday 1st November, and decided to walk down Sunshine Beach Road and we'd go somewhere that looked good. The menu took my fiance's eye and we decided to dine here for the evening. Alarm bells should have rung, when we read the other 2 poor ratings on tripadvisor we actually read these reviews on my iPhone outside the restaurant before we went in, but did not heed their advice, much to our regret. The hot and sour soup and spring rolls for entree were very ordinary. It must take a lot to make bad spring rolls. The main of Mongolian lamb, curry prawns and fried rice were very ordinary. The servings were small and to pay $29 for the house special of Mongolian Lamb and to eat what we were presented with was very disappointing. The soft drink glass is the smallest glass I have ever seen 10cm x 2cm and would hold barely 120mL of liquid in it pink lemonade for $3.80 a sip basically – and we were overcharged when it came time to pay – the cashier had a menu with handwritten amendments to the pricing that differed from the menu we were given at our table. When I questioned her about this, she pretended not to understand what I was saying, so I gave up. My Fiancé said that if we burnt our $89 we would have been better off, I tend to agree. DO NOT eat here. It is a waste of money – Go to A Taste of Spice down the road – MUCH better food!!! We wish that we had have gone there instead and would have saved 2/3 of the price of our dinner for much better quality food!"

"Tried mr fish out twice. First time, there was just a choice of 2 different types of fish and both looked very dry. Still ordered one of them grilled with chips and couldn't eat it. Very dry, no taste, very disappointing. Second time I was waiting for a while to get served until an old man with a beard walked past the counter mumbling something. As I didn't understand I asked "pardon?" He yelled back: "we are closed! Can't you read?" Apparently there was a sign up that I didn't see. I understand that you may want to go home or you had a bad day, but you shouldn't let that out on your customers. When I left the shop a couple outside said that the man shouldn't have talked to me in such a rude way. All guests that were sitting outside could hear him yelling. Is that really how you want to treat your locals? I will definitely tell all my family and friends around here about my disgraceful experience. We will rather go back to the lovely fish and chip shops along gympy terrace. They, at least, have a few selections of fish and and wonderful customer service."

"We ordered the seafood platter for two. It was very small one piece of fish, 4 oysters, 4 scallops, one bug, 5 or 6 prawns with chips and salad. No calamari, no crab, no kilpatrick etc. Poor value for $130 we thought. Food was nice enough, just not enough of it."
