"The staff were very unprofessional. They rang our order through as cash then a female member of staff came out shouting loudly to stop and go around again- embarrassing. We went around to the drive through again and witnessed staff shouting and verbal abuse to eachother infront of myself, my wife and young children! Absolutely shocking and disgusting behaviour. We asked for vegetarian meals and they gave us chicken pate type of sandwiches! We disguarded the whole meal- chips were luke warm, incorrect burgers, soft drinks were foul! We approached the manager about the burgers and he almost bit our heads off! I assume he was stressed about his staff, but no need to take it out on the customers!"
