"Having always got my Chinese here I was shocked that it took almost hours to arrive, the service whilst waiting was terrible and when it did arrive the order was wrong! They then would not answer my call to discuss the incorrect order. I’ve...been promised a full refund of my order which I am waiting to receive!"

"After a family trip and snow games we did not eat the traditional hotel exiiste a hundred years ago in the picturesque village kenmore. but on the same along the north coast of loch tay, we found this place, part of a golf course, resort and restaurant course. Given that the cold and hunger, we decided to try what this place had to offer beautifully on the other side, and the truth is not disappointed at all. very elegant, with a rather curious shop next to the restaurant with real fire, a wonder to relax. the correct, friendly and above all a very fast service attention. carta, but offset measures and despite sufficient options with large pint, our attention to the selection of the burger, homemade and various meats including: bark, wild boar, wild boar, venison, vegetarian and bunny. in particular, I call attention to the brain meat I love, and what I asked was attached to photo. "Usually love seasons go there often for their chicken rotti but today the chicken was pink inside and has bits of jellyish meat hanging from it. When i rang the lady instead of apologising and maybe sending a new one back she said weve sent out loads of chicken rottis today n not one complaint like that was relevent, and then said if you want a refund call later when my manager is in (not she would call me) really upset because i usually love their chicken rottis. Also offered to send pictures to prevent me coming on here and doing it but she wasnt interested"

"Worst Indian takeaway I’ve had. I have always enjoyed a takeaway from Mr India until last night. 20 minutes after ordering I received a phone call saying they had no prawns or kings prawns left and asked if I wanted chicken in the dansak instead. I said no, and explained I’m pescatarian. They said they could make me a veg curry with peas and carrots instead as I don’t like cauliflower. I declined the option of a pea and carrot curry and ordered an additional side of Tarka daal. When the delivery person arrived about 30 minutes later she gave us the £2.20 difference in price. When opening the order we immediately noticed a rice was missing. We called me India and they were very apologetic and said a rice would be with us soon. I then tried the tarka daal and it was disgusting.The sparse salty lentils were in a cold salty yellow watery sauce. When I described the daal the man on the phone he said ‘sorry I know’ and said he could refund the daal. As it was so late by this point I asked if he could make a dansak without meat and put some potatoes in. He said no problem and it would be with us shortly. My partner started to eat his meal and the saag aloo, Bombay aloo and rice were cold . His chicken madras was really oily and he left most of it. When my order finally arrived I asked the delivery driver if we now had the full order and she said you can check but they are closed now. By now, the original food which had arrived cold was inedible and my partner had finished left his dinner. Mr India had given us an extra portion of cold (room temperature) rice and oily onion bhajis with the second order. The dansak didn’t have any potatoes in and had a spoonful of the sauce with some stone cold sag aloo and left the rest. The whole experience yesterday was a disappointment. I’ve never phoned to complain about a takeaway before but last nights meal was absolutely terrible."
