I feel like we’re friends although i’ve never met them, such is the warmth and friendliness of these people. "This review only concerns the bad customer service I received. I am a regular customer. fish and chips are fab. the young girl who worked there today was unhappy to see my order, didn't even apologize, just threw back into my hand. then, when I went to pick up my order, I asked for lemon, bad attitude she said that there were already some in there. there is a clear warning because there is never. her friendly, friendly colleague was more than happy to help. Note them, do not work there when they are a snotty kuh luv to customers, they get another task."

"When I looked at all the following average commentary, I was probably surprised after having removed a take from new orient. very friendly staff took the order and it was ready in 10 minutes and the food tasted good. chowmain was delicious and the sweet and sour was tasteful. parking is a bit painful before loading. good prices and they also took Visa/MasterCard, in contrast to other places in the environment."

"What a find. The very best of English fish and chips. No visit to Braunton is complete unless you taste the great food at this great restaurant. As a Brummie, who used to have fish, chips, peas, two slices of bread and a cup of tea from the local take away chippy (ok, the tea was made at home), this place matches that quality every time. The only problem, then I was young and fit and could easily eat that much. Can’t do that now and at Squires you’d be hard-pushed to get through what they put on the plate but the quality and flavour is delicious."
