"Bottom line: based on previous reviews, I can say that this cafe deserves 4 stars, which is what is listed in my review. This is a delicious cafe and a clean cafe bearing the Hesburger name. It deserves it. However, there may be some miscalculations. I am very pleased that the management pays attention to criticism and corrects the shortcomings. If this trend continues, this cafe will be a success. Today I visited this cafe again. The staff were active and the tables were as clean as last time. Despite the long queue, we didn't have to wait long. The food was well prepared. But the key word here is good. Maybe it's a trifle, but the burger was a little warm. But most likely, this is due to the fact that there was an impressive queue. In general, everything was excellent. I recently visited this cafe again. Given past experience, I was struck by the changes. A new door has been installed at the entrance. The tables were clean, just like last time. The staff were active and cheerful. Everything that was on the menu was available. Despite the long queue, we received our order very quickly. The food was warm and well cooked. Но ключевое слово здесь, хорошо. Возможно, это мелочи, но бургер был чуть теплый. Но скорее всего, это из за того, что была внушительная очередь. В целом все было отлично. В ближайшее время я вновь посетил это кафе. Учитывая прошлый опыт, меня поразили изменения. На входе поставили новую дверь. Столики были чистыми, также, как и в прошлый раз. Персонал был активным и жизнерадостным. В наличие было всё, что было в меню. Несмотря на внушительную очередь, мы получили заказ очень быстро. Еда была теплая и отлично приготовленная. Очень приятно, что руководство обращает внимание на критику и исправляет недочёты. Это кафе теперь может полноценно называться Хесбургером. Рекомендую к посещению. фото 1. и 2. Sauce for french fries was not offered, but this is already so, trifles. Pros: Orders are prepared quickly. Although maybe this is because 2 tables in the whole room are occupied and one is already eating. And there is a suspicion that they don’t cook burgers there, but stupidly warm up stale ones from the refrigerator. Still quite nothing different rolls with meat, chicken and fish. And also ice cream. Well, compared to everything else. Well, Wi Fi, although who will be surprised by this now. Overall, I would not recommend this establishment. It's better to go to dining room number 1, which is located next door. The interior is about the same, but you can eat tastier and cheaper. Некоторые столы сильно шатаются, двери в туалеты обшарпанные, один из двух вообще не работает, а во втором кнопка слива в пятнах и разводах, вообще фу. Да и в целом весь интерьер выглядит потрепанным. Бургеры не вкусные, начинки мало. А если много, то только салата. Остальное пришлось искать и нашлось не все. Соус к картошке фри не предложили, но это уже так, мелочи. Из плюсов: Заказы готовят быстро. Хотя может это потому, что на весь зал 2 столика заняты и один уже ест. И есть подозрение, что бургеры там не готовят, а тупо разогревают лежалые из холодильника. Еще вполне ничего различные роллы с мясом, курицей и рыбой. А так же мороженое. Ну это в сравнении со всем остальным. Ну и вай фай, хотя кого сейчас этим удивишь. В целом это заведение я бы не рекомендовал. Уж лучше зайти в столовую номер 1, что находится по соседству. Интерьер примерно тот же, но поесть можно вкуснее и дешевле."
