"Me dejè llevar por las sugerencia en un programa de tv y fui a este restaurant. El local es bonito, parkeo fàcil, limpio, la temàtica bakan, llama la atenciòn la decoraciòn, a uno le gusta, pero el servicio malo, todos los que atienden se gritan unos a otros, se llaman la atenciòn entre ellos, desorden total. A la mesa de al lado le sirvieron chicha sin azùcar ni limòn, tuvieron que reclamarle al mismo cheff Guido Gallia para que les hicieran el cambio, en otra mesa que estaban con un bb se olvidaron de traerle todo el pedido. Nosostros pedimos un filete a la parrilla para mis hijos, el cual ademàs de ser el filete pequeño, sin gusto alguno, para los adultos pedimos una ronda en la cual venìa ceviche y causa, sin mayores pretensiones, tiradito al ajì amarillo y al rocoto, sin gusto y pulpo al olivo, que era lo màs rescatable de todo pero no lo sirven con galletas como si lo promocionaban en el programa de tv. Lo bueno de todo nuestro pedido fueron los cortes de pulpo y pescado en el tiradito, eran precisos, pero el sabor no. Se demoran un montòn para traer la cuenta, tuvimos que hacer el ademàn de irnos para que nos la dieran.Me sentì estafada, prometimos no volver màs, prefiero comer en una cevicheria de barrio, a pagar màs por una decoraciòn bonita. Sugerencia al personal que allì atiende : los clientes no tienen porque enterarse de sus errores, si se equivocaron u olvidaron de algùn pedido, ni quien es el responsable de la mesa donde otro cliente està reclamando, eso es de mal gusto."
