"Wir waren die ersten im Restaurant. Getränke und zwei Suppen bestellt, sowie ein großes Sushimenü plus 3x2 Nigiri. Während wir die Getränke erhalten haben erschienen noch Gäste für 4 weitere Tische. Nach 30 min wurden unsere Suppen an den Nachbartisch geliefert. Die Leute dort freuten sich über Suppen die sie nicht bestellten hatten und ehe der Fehler bemerkt war, hatten diese schon mit dem Essen begonnen. Man entschuldigte sich bei uns und den Nachbarn für das Versehen und brachte etwas später unsere Suppen. Nach 30 min bestellte ich ein 2. Weizen bei dem der Schaum überlief, das Glas nicht ganz voll war und die Bedienung mit einer Serviette daran herum wischte, während sie sich mehrmals entschuldigte. Nun kam endlich das Sushi. Über das Anrichten kann man sich streiten. Es war dicht aneinander gelegt auf einem großen weißen Teller serviert worden. In der Speisekarte als Sushibrücke bezeichnet, diese gab es leider nicht. Auch fehlten die 6 Nigiri. Man entschuldigte sich auch dafür. Ob sie nicht vorrätig waren oder jemanden andern in einer Bestellung zum Abholen mitgegeben worden sind, haben wir leider nicht verstanden. Wir nahmen die Platte so an und meinten das es so passt. Es gab 2 Schälchen vorgefüllt mir Sojasoße. Sowie ein Schälchen mit Gari und Wasabi. Soja zum selbst nachschenken fehlte an jedem Tisch, genau wie ein Teller zum Ablegen des Sushi. Dann kam doch noch eines der Nigiri. Das hatte man zubereitet, warum genau eins weiß niemand. Leider waren einige Stücke mit Tunfisch ungenießbar da dieser mit Sehnen durchzogen war und somit unkaubar. Nach insgesamt 1,5h Aufenthalt haben wir die Rechnung verlangt. Bei der leider ein Euro Wechselgeld fehlte, naja Trinkgeld, geschenkt. Zuhause haben wir hier auf Facebook gelesen das alkoholfreie Getränke bis 24.2 gratis sind. Aber unsere Zitronenlimonade hat man trotzdem berechnet. Die Bedienung wirkte leider überfordert, wenn sie auch immer freundlich war. Für uns das Erste und letze mal Sushi hier im Asia Wok Hersbruck"

"Came by chance here and were really happy not to have a table somewhere else, as the food and the service were great. we were warmly welcomed and the service did everything to feel comfortable. the food was very good (have a sour roast and ferkelschaufle) and we got small dishes for the children they also enjoyed. prices were fair, so overall a great experience and we recommend in any case and come back! thanks to the red ross team that we feel welcome!"
