"The Waldhotel is really great I celebrated my confirmation there a couple of years ago. I was personally received by the staff and received good congratulations from them. We had a buffet, unimaginable, there was just everything... a huge selection of local food to exotic food. It just fits everything... The ambience is also really great it is beautifully decorated and made."

The Vinaigrette was a bit too sour or edgy. After that, an excellent tompinambursüpple with the 2-shell truffle insert, soft bread and a few leaves of cress. After that we waited for an eternity and we wondered if we were forgotten. Forget about it, we have noted that, so we suspected, the live music was too different. At some point, there was no. 4 with two plates of pig fillet in the bacon. And where is the Knurrhahn gang? No, we haven't had it yet. She chases and came with the glad message that we already had it. And again: unfortunately no. So we're gonna eat this one pig fillet on the pie first. Tastes good, for my terms, the meat had cooked a tick too long, unfortunately lukewarm and the glass of Lemberger red wine from the deer, which I would like to drink, is not yet there. And when it comes, it's the wrong wine. In the meantime, my food is cold and my mood at zero. Well and then the intoxicating comment of the corpulent barman: I'm not supposed to do that, there's a high-level operation in the front, and that's when I left... I forgot... I'm just paying as much as the ones in the front. That's what I call the timing of the kitchen and without a break between the corridors. For this, the intercourse was unharmed fine. The two fish pieces have certainly not exceeded the 50 g, for this very delicate and with the lenses a harmonious gear. The dessert with a sweet cake that an Eclair has got on. Not spectacular. Everything was very decorative. Small things like a semi-cooked radishes, crispy parts, a puree with splash on sauce level, hazelnuts on pies and syrup cookies can be expected that the kitchen has also been thought about the dressing. For the Christmas Eve menu, 65 euros were called. Not much if you think it's Christmas. We paid and as an apology there was a Ramazotti and an espresso on the house. That was a nice train. Thank you. The kitchen has delivered good performance, they are likely to work on timing. In spite of his kindness, I can forgive the service only 2.5 stars in advance.I would also have liked a single or highest two service personnel for our 2-person table. Then it would certainly not have happened with forgetting. We had to pick up our cutlery several times, one of the German language little powerful lady put us 6 tablespoons on the table center, my accompaniment had to have been the full and empty plates over the table rich access, the drinks always came very time-delayed. I would like to recommend the Raitelberg because of its good kitchen."
