"The food was very good, but the service was quite below par.When the bill arrived the waitress (whom we hadn't seen in more than 1 hour) added a $9 drink we didn't order, charged for grilled onions which we asked if there was a charge, to wit she said no and then charged for it, and then tacked on a $3.50 charge for playing their game device which we never did.This is why you always have to inspect your bill.That's clearly a scam, because when we ate at Yard House in Burbank they did the same thing charging for using the games they have on the tables.Plus, when we ordered bottomless fries I was charged for that, too, insisting that sweet potato fries weren't included in bottomless friesWhen I shared my feedback to the manager he was dismissive bordering on nonchalant, WTH?! We used to love love loveRed Robin, but it's really gone down hill."

"I have paid extra for a double pollen bowl, just to get the same amount of huh as regular pollen bowl. the pollen bowl had used to draw 2 and now they put 1 creature chicken and whole corn. tear and buzz. it's a complete demolition. almost $9 for that. it's not worth it. pollo loco generally loses its touch. that's not that great anymore. will not be returned for a very long time in pl."

"I'm really sorry, but I had the most terrible experience there, not only that the employees more concentrated on the driver thru, I waited almost 12 minutes to take care of myself in the place, I asked if I was able to use the toilet room and the guy I asked, he answers me very rude the bedroom is closed, I asked myself, I think she was at the cost of answering why you have no toilet for customers"

"This place desperately needs more staff. This is just around the corner from CSUN, I came at rush hour and they only had two people running everything. That being said, that was for sure the best corn dog i have ever had. I just feel bad for the employees."

"Incomparable has Decent food depending on what you order and who?s working there! Nice representation but terrible service. If the lady is there you?ll get decent service nothing special but if the guy server is there he?ll give you awful service. He will rush you out of the restaurant and will only come to ask for your order and bring the food to your table with a terrible attitude.Wont double check to see if you want more food or not. He has negative energy the 5 times I?ve been here!! I work hard for my money so I will not be spending it here were Im treated bad by a server for reasons out of my control.Three to four plates on their menu are authentic the rest are mediocre. Your experience is dependent on wether the cook and the server are having a good day or not! All around unprofessional"
