"This restaurant is one from a carbahncafé. the service was attentive, but not professional, the menu was different than the online therefore 2 of us did not get what we had chosen and unfortunately then chose the burger that was just a hard piece of chop meat without taste. a handful of plastic castic caskets were placed on the table! the chips were good and also the apple crispy! will not be back and I'm sorry that foreign visitors think this is our normal standard! many, if not most, local restaurants and pubs are much better."

"I have tried at least 8 Indian restaurants in this area but keep coming back to this one. According to my order list, I have ordered from this place 20 times this year (21 if you include tonight's order) and all but 2 of those have been absolutely excellent. The food is so full of flavour and the delivery is prompt. The odd time that the food hasn't been excellent it was still good. I assume a different chef was covering those times. I personally recommend the Jalfrezi best I've had in all of Kent so far"

"Rather disappointing. I've been going to this restaurant for over 30 years and never had it so bad. We could not get the salad when we wanted. We had to ask a number of times if we could have some. I had the fish and chips. The fish was thin and greasy. Nothing like it used to be. The chips were minimal in one of those tiny baskets. It was surprising to hear that we had to pay more to get a normal portion. The service was good but only when we got it. The poor woman was totally rushed off her feet. Harvester used to be a good place but it has just gone downhill. It was quality for a good price. Not now."

"The menu is a set price and very reasonable considering that cooking is top notch stuff. all our dishes were delicious and would not have gone out in a michelin stared restaurant. everything, including cocktails, was error-free. this is the place for high-end eating without going the big city price. we have been twice now and will certainly go back."

"No bread served or offered, strange. Cocktails were not cold enough on warm! We asked for hot plates, but they were hardly warm. It's very salty. Treacle tart bland with almost no taste...was it brought in? Maidstone needs fine food, but this restauramt has to listen and sort things. What is so difficult with hot plates?"
